GREAT WOLF LODGE!
One of my favorite places to go on summer vacation is Great Wolf Lodge. Perhaps you have heard of it? Great Wolf is a huge hotel. Its main attraction is its huge indoor water park, 84 degrees all year round. The lodge as it is commonly referred too has other things besides the water park. They have many locations around the United States and one in Canada. My family generally goes to the location in Williamsburg Virginia. We have been every summer for the past three years. We always bring my best friend Heather, it makes for great memories. Great Wolf is open all year round so you should pay a visit. It is great for families with small children. They have characters, and camp themed hotel rooms, they also have magiquest, a game you play with a magi wand. There is a spa for mom, and even an icecream themed one for the little girls. They have a race track for little boys, and a video game, music, and internet room for teens. Over the summer, my mom took me and my best friend to the lodge for a few days. We rented a cabana in the outdoor area, visited the arcade and relaxed before coming back to start school. It was great, these are some pictures of us in the water park. Enjoy. Happy Wednesday!

Sedona Fun
A little over two years ago my grandmother passed away. My mother is the only daughter of my grandmother and grandfather, having three brothers. We are naturally closer to my grandpa than most of the family. We've been trying to spend more time with him and create god memories with him. This picture is one of my favorite. Last year he flew into Vegas then we traveled to Arizona together. This is from Sedona. I'm putting it in a frame for him this week. What do you think?

TGIF!
Happy Friday everybody! Aren't Fridays wonderful? I thought I would show you some pretty pictures from my summer trip. We stopped in Las Vegas for 2 days before heading on to Minnesota and it was very neat. We saw a indoor giant replica of Venice, complete with a canal you could take gondola rides in. We saw a giant erupting volcano, and my personal favorite was the Bellagio fountains. They were so beautiful. They had a big fountain light show every night. So here's some pictures. I hope you enjoy. Whats your favorite place for neat attractions like the fountains or volcano?
Again, Happy Friday!

Arizona Memories
Over the summer, my parents and I traveled to Arizona. It was amazing. We saw the Grand Canyon, the Painted Desert, the Petrified Forest and the Crater. It was fun and on the opposite coast from home. Where's the farthest you've been from home, and some fun or funny memories? On a side note, I ordered my class ring last night. Do you still have your High School class ring? What are some good High School memories? Have a good Wednesday!

COPS
Way back when (okay the 60's) my great grandfather, who happened to be a detective, was shot and killed in a line of duty. Every year there is a COPS survivors conference somewhere for the fallen officers. Last year we went to Florida for the retreat conference thingy. We're going there again this year and headed to Sea World. Last year we had some free time so we visited the Kennedy Space Center and it was pretty neat, except for the fact that a bird attacked me and ate my french fry.. Oh well, here's some pictures from our trip. HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY!

"People who don't know me say i'm quiet. People who know me wish I was was"
So, today I'm just going to post some random pictures of my friends and me. People say i'm quiet.. but I'm really not, especially with my best friend Heather. We've known each other for about 7 years and we're pretty close. We go on vacations together, and even though we go to different schools now, we hang out a lot. We have some pretty crazy moments. One of these pictures is from target, we got bored and took pictures with the target balls, wouldn't it be great to have one of those in your room?
My other best friend is my boyfriend Adam. He's strange, but sweet. You really have to get to know me Heather and Adam before you judge us, otherwise you'll b in for a surprise.
My mother will vouch for me when I say that I always go around muttering I can't wait til i'm 18, or I wanna be grown up already, I want freedom. But when I think about how easy I have it now, and how blessed I am to have great parents, a best friend, and an amazing boyfriend, I'd love to just freeze time. Would anyone else love to go back to 16 and just freeze time? What's the best thing in your life right now

Weekend Fun :D
So, the weekends finally here! How was your week? Mine was boring and stressful. I suppose school does that to you. What is/was your favorite subject in school? I think mine would have to be orchestra or german. I play cello, and i'm in my second year of german. I have been playing cello for about 8 years. It requires a lot of practice, something I need to work on, but it's a great way to get involved at school and it's something I really enjoy doing. So today I thought I would post some pictures of my cello. The angles are weird, I was experimenting, but it shows what kind of instrument I have. I'm posting a picture I took last night of the power lines across from my house. Give me ideas to take pictures, and critique on how to improve the ones I take. Have a wonderful Saturday :)

More Friday Memories :)
Alright, so if you've read my other posts, you know I love to take pictures. These pictures are kind of random, just the way I like it. The sunset pictures are some I took on a walk with my dad. It was so pretty I just had to get a shot. The dog is my friends dog, Lucky. He's a shelty, very playful and hyper, but sometimes he has his sweet moments and even though he's biting her, it was still a sweet moment for him. Now, I love this stop sign picture. Did you know the ones with white trim around them are optional?
NOTE- STOP SIGNS WITH WHITE TRIM ARE NOT ACTUALLY OPTIONAL. It's a joke with my friends, but chances are if you tell someone this they'll believe you and not realize that all stop signs have white trim.
The stop sign is one that's at the end of my road, it has been hit a few too many times by the teens that have sped down the road for years. The picture sets a nice but funny mood. Let me know what you think about these pictures, and any ideas of what else I could photograph. I'm always looking for ideas and critique.
TGIF! (Thank God it's Friday!) Have a great day :)

Summer Memories
These are more of my summer pictures. The one of the weird mine thingy is from our Colorado trip. This particular mine is not running anymore, but it has all sorts of equipment left behind. If you live in the Colorado area you should check it out, its some where near the town of Victor. The picture of the Dog is my best friends dog Lucky. He loves to play outside and that disc is one of his favorite toys, so I thought it was a good time to take pictures. The rainbow is one of my favorite pictures. I love rainbows, and we rarely get them where I live, so of course in Colorado when I saw them every day I had to get some pictures. Now, the tunnel has a funny story. I know the pictures not so great, due to the gps and car window, but it has a funny story behind it. Come back tomorrow to hear about it. Hope you like. Have a wonderful Thursday

Colorado :D
Over the summer, my parents and I took a trip out West. One of my favorite places was Colorado. It's very beautiful out there I saw a rainbow every single day I was out there, found a new favorite restaurant, and got some great pictures. I'm going to try and post some more Colorado pictures this week. These are a few of my favorites. I loved the mountains. They were so pretty, and yes that is snow on the tips of the mountains in the middle of July. The one of the giant truck was from an old mine we traveled to one day. We stay in Colorado for a week with some old friends of my parents. Instead of going on all the crowded tours, we got to go behind the scenes and to some of the more scenic places. That giant truck was coming straight at us and I got the shot as we sped by. Great Memories. Post some of your favorite memories, lets have some time to reminisce. Happy St. Patricks Day!

1..2..3.. CHEESE!
I'm a teenager, but unlike a lot of my friends, I don't like to dance, or go to parties, or wreak havoc on the town. I love to take pictures. So I figured that today I would post some pictures I have taken. I'm not very good, but I love to look back at the pictures and think about what I was doing at the time. These are some pictures I took last May when I visited my grandfathers. I love the nature and how these pictures turned out. I recently got a waterproof camera, so I'm going to work on taking some more pictures this week and post them. Let me know what you think. Have a happy Tuesday!
